THE PEOPLE
BEHIND SPORT.
Sport does not happen when the whistle blows alone. It takes people who plan, welcome, guide, photograph, coordinate and make sure everyone has a place. BehindEveryGame brings those people together.

WE MAKE SPORT HAPPEN01 / WHO WE ARE
One organisation.
Many ways to contribute.
BehindEveryGame is a Trinidad and Tobago sport volunteer hub and event support organisation. We connect people who want to contribute with sporting associations and community initiatives that need a dependable team behind the scenes.
We serve both sides of that connection. Volunteers get a place to discover opportunities, develop useful skills and build a record of their contribution. Sport organisations get help finding and preparing people for the roles that make their events and programmes work. We also host events and collaborate with partners on initiatives that bring more people into sport.
02 / HOW IT WORKS
From interest
to impact.
The network gives volunteering a clearer path before, during and after an event.
Prepare and connect
Volunteers aged 13 and older can explore courses and event opportunities. For those aged 13–17, participation begins after an administrator confirms guardian consent. Organisers can then match people with suitable roles, from photography and VIP support to the many practical jobs an event needs.
Show up and grow
Assignments, check-in and learning records help coordinate participation. Stories, photos and badges give volunteers a way to reflect on their experience and recognise what they have learned.
03 / WHY WE EXIST
The work behind the moment deserves to be seen.
A well-run sporting moment depends on more than the athletes and officials in view. Volunteers welcome participants, support operations, communicate with teams and solve the small problems that shape everyone's experience.
BehindEveryGame exists to make that contribution easier to find, better supported and more visible. Our aim is a network where people from different careers and communities can contribute what they know, learn something new and help sporting organisations deliver with confidence.
